The main characteristic of the hooked profile of the BWH wiper is to enable easy and fast installation into a complete open housing, both automatically and manually.
The groove is completely open with a lateral milling, which allows the wiper to be easily replaced.
The special profile combining seal and wiper is very strong and allows rod misalignments without any danger of ejection form the seat.
Also the static lips profile keeps the cylinder free from outside impurities.
This seal is also available in Nitrile75 Shore A (BWH/N), and can be supplied in FKM75
